Support Circles at Haven Health Therapy
Our support circles are non-clinical, therapist- or facilitator-led spaces designed for connection, shared experience, and mutual understanding. These are not therapy groups, they’re safe, guided, open conversations built around themes that matter.
Teens navigating challenges at school, young adults facing burnout, and parents working to show up in new ways — our support circles are here to remind you: you’re not the only one going through it.
Weekly, monthly or rotating sessions, offered virtually
Led by trained facilitators, field experts, or Haven Health Verified therapists
Each circle centers on a real theme, life experience, or shared struggle
Open to Teens and Youths (13-25), Parents & Caregivers — no therapy required. Support circles are available to both current clients and non-clients, but all participants are screened and agree to confidentiality, privacy and safety guidelines.
These are confidential, judgment-free spaces to be heard — and to listen — with gentle guidance and shared understanding. You’re welcome to join a circle even if you can’t attend every weekly session. Each circle has clear expectations to protect emotional safety for everyone involved.
